There are several services that you may sign up to on this site.  We take your privacy very seriously so please take a moment to reassure yourself that we will treat your personal data with the utmost care by reading the following.

Our Privacy Principle

When you provide us with your personal details, we promise that they will only be used by authorised YOUpresent administration staff for the sole purposes of communicating with you on topics relating to YOUpresent. We will never provide your details to third party entities without your express permission.

Mailing List

You may sign up to our mailing list from the sidebar that appears on the home page and various other pages.  When you do so, your details are automatically added to a mailing list that is provided by a CANN compliant provider.  We currently use MailChimp for this service.  Only authorised YOUpresent administration staff have access to this list for the sole purpose of sending newsletters to registered subscribers.  You may unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time by either clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

Blog Notifications

You may sign up for our blog notifications by either subscribing from our home page or ticking either of the boxes that appear when you post comments as shown in the screenshot below:

You may unsubscribe from these notification by clicking the unsubscribe link in one of the email notifications.

Cookie Policy

We use a range of cookies to perform several functions on this site as follows:

WordPress

  • Registered members need a cookie to be able to log in. This is ‘strictly necessary’ as WordPress won’t work without it.
  • Visitors who leave a comment on a blog post will also have a cookie set on their computer. This is not “strictly necessary” as it’s a user preference.

Google Analytics

  • To track visits to our site so that we may deliver content that you want to see

SurveyMonkey

  • To provide integrated online surveys and record the status of the survey eg. when you have completed it
