Symptom
During installation of the product, the following error message is shown:
Cause
The installation has been attempted on a Windows user account that does not have administrator privileges.
ActivePrez requires administrator privileges as it has to install files in the Windows folder and register the COM add-in machine wide..
Solution
You may install the add-in using the administrator credentials for your machine as follows:
- Right-click on the setup executable:
- Confirm the installation may proceed:
- Enter the administrator credentials:
The installation will then proceed as normal and you should follow the on-screen instructions.
