Refund Policy

We take great pride in our products and customer support.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to rectify your situation.

Because we offer a fully featured trial version of the product, we do not normally offer refunds.

However, in some exceptional cases where we are not able to provide you with a resolution, we may refund the purchase price of your product (less a handling fee) and your license to use the product will be revoked.
