Activating Your vMaps License

Once you have installed vMaps, you may use it for a trial period of 15 days, after which you will have to purchase a license. The trial version is fully functional but only includes one map per continent and the counties of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

When you buy a license, you will receive a license key file by email which you should save to your computer, giving you access to more than 250 country maps and 3000+ USA state/county maps.

To activate your license:

1. If you have not already installed the trial, download and install vMaps via the link in your purchase confirmation email
2. Start PowerPoint
3. Click the Insert tab in the ribbon
4. Click the arrow (bottom part) of the Map split button in the Vector Maps group:
   
5. Click About and License to show the About window:
   
6. Click Register License to show the license registration window:
   
7. Use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to copy/paste the Name and Key from your purchase confirmation email into the two fields
8. Click the checkbox to agree to the license terms
9. Click OK
